Heya.
The Huffbunnies are a loose group of folks who have been playing together just about every Wednesday evening since January of 2015. We refer to these evenings as trainwrecks. Some of us are real live professional musicians, some are talented amateurs, and some of us are pretty awful hacks. We enjoy playing with each other. If you’re curious, here’s our early history, part 1 and part 2.
- Songs and Recordings is the page where we stow the lyrics and charts for most of what we play at the trainwrecks. We’re gently shrinking the list to about 300. Whenever something is added, something’s got to go.
- Home Grown is where songs we write land, unless they’re written as part of our FLASH project or some other project. More about FLASH and other projects below).
- Resources is stuff that might come in handy.
- Calendar is where we are playing any given Wednesday, and a few other related dates. No, we do not list the address of where we are playing unless it is a public space.
- FLASH is a project we started in March of 2022 and as of this update (March 2023) is still going strong. Song topics get announced on a Sunday or Monday and completed songs on the topic are “due” on Wednesday. Boom! FLASH! We’ve worked some of these songs into our Wednesday evening trainwrecks.
- Other Projects is where you can get to, uh, Other Projects that we’ve taken a crack at. Twinning, Maudlin, Limbo, et alia.
